How have you been? Nic and lirong is about to ORD eh? hahah isn't that the best thing in life now ah. Started to clear leave and off already? How are you ah John, daniel and ryan? =) i miss you 3. SAMUEL, MANFRED, GABRIEL! guys.. i was thinking about the past since samuel and i had a chat. I really thank God thati have good buddies like all.. i just pray that we continue to play liek kids and think like adult. Remain close to HIS heart and always be teachable. =) Hope we can start to expand the cell and look outwards. Dan! thanks for being a great brother. haha sometime we disagree but i think we'll have a good time thinking about sec school and church together as the years go by. =) i am grateful for the brothership i have with you. hahah JOEL! =) i have been running 5 clicks 4 time a week
Today i tried the spartan 300 regime.. Boy it was a killer
30 under grip pull up
50 push up
50 dead lift
50 floor washer
50 squats
30 over grip pull up
By right you are suppose to finish this in 15min! but i took 40 min with help too
hahah if you think this is easy haha go try it out...
i am posting so i can keep track my work out and ask you guys for encouragement...
